Communication was less than desired . I was told the ram would be shipped on the 13th . I was told on the 19th it was shipped earlier in the week , when it wasn't . It was shipped on the 20th and I received it on the 23rd . However , he was curteous and offered to give me a full refund . I do feel like he is a good trader , but didn't handle our trade properly .
